Hedge-cutting

Hedge cutting is key to keeping your garden looking neat and healthy. The best time to trim most hedges is from late winter to early spring (February to April), before new growth starts. This helps the hedge recover quickly and avoids disturbing nesting birds, as the bird nesting season runs from March to August. Regular trimming helps maintain the shape of formal hedges.
